This is a modern cruising catamaran, with ultra fine bows, twin engines and central sail station ideal for single handed or family sailing. The boat offers rewarding performance under both engine and sail. Voyager Catamarans were purchased by Broadblue Catamarans, who then built this model as the Broadblue 345. Spacious accommodation, two heads, huge galley on the bridgedeck and innovative lazarette seating. The GRP construction has solid laminate below the water line for strength and repairability, above the water line the construction is foam cored GRP composite for a light and stiff structure. The sail plan includes the mast stepped on the aft coach roof, increasing the size of the self tacking job and reducing the size of the mainsail to improve ease of handling and reduce pitching. This model enjoys a best in class bridgedeck clearance that virtually eliminates the "slamming" found on many similar sized catamarans.
